ONLINE TICKET ORDERS

Please check your booking carefully before completing your order and review your tickets upon receipt, as errors may not always be able to be corrected. A booking is not confirmed until you receive notification from Badminton Horse Trials.

Each ticket with a unique QR code will be scanned once per day for entry to the Event.

On Saturday, there will be no entry to the event grounds by vehicle or on foot after 3.00pm.

It is the responsibility of the e-ticket purchaser to download or print their tickets prior to arrival. Badminton Horse Trials is not responsible for providing printed or downloaded tickets, and this should be done in advance to ensure smooth entry and in case of limited on-site connectivity.

Where tickets from the same booking are shared and visitors arrive separately, the purchaser is responsible for allocating tickets to individuals to ensure they are separated from the original booking to prevent duplicate scanning. The Ticket Allocation Feature can be accessed within your orders after logging into your online account.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all contact details, including address, telephone number and email address, are accurate and up to date prior to booking tickets. Email is our preferred method of communication for online orders, so please ensure a valid and current email address is provided. Customers are also responsible for keeping their details updated.

Physical Tickets – HTSG, Camping, Portcullis

Please note that Camping, Portcullis and HTSG tickets are physical tickets and will be posted to you following booking via the Box Office. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their postal address is accurate and up to date at the time of booking. Lost or forgotten tickets will not be replaced.

Any person involved in the unlawful resale, attempted resale, or duplication of tickets may have their tickets seized or cancelled without refund or compensation. Measures are in place to help prevent fraudulent activity.

MEDIA

All attendees are advised that photography and filming may take place at Badminton Horse Trials by authorised photographers, videographers, and staff. By entering the event, you consent, on your own behalf and on behalf of any children, horses, or dogs in your care, to the use of such images for promotional, editorial, press, media, and sponsor-related purposes connected with the event.

GRANDSTAND SEATS

Grandstand seating is subject to availability.

Free seating is available on Saturday for spectators wishing to watch the Shetland Pony Grand National; however, we recommend arriving early, as access to the Grandstand will not be available once capacity has been reached.

To watch the show jumping live in the arena, a Grandstand seat booking is required in addition to admission and parking tickets. Children under the age of 4 who can sit on a parent or guardian’s lap do not require a separate Grandstand seat booking. Alternatively, the Showjumping may be viewed on the large screens located around the site.

For the Sunday show jumping session, spectators are kindly requested to take their seats before the afternoon show jumping session begins and remain seated until after the prizegiving, for the enjoyment of all (please refer to Timetable).
